Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:
We ship across India with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 business days. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and order size. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details to monitor your shipment’s journey.

International Shipping:
We proudly deliver worldwide. Delivery times depend on your destination and customs processing but typically range between 10 to 20 business days. International shipping fees will be applied during checkout, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Pickup Service:
For those who prefer a personal touch, we offer convenient warehouse pickup from our Noida location. Pickup is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please wait for our notification before arriving to collect your order. Bring your order confirmation and valid ID for a smooth pickup experience.

Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges only if:

The product is significantly different from its description or has manufacturing defects.
The product was damaged during transit.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Important: Custom design pieces and personalised services are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
